The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. New private house with 4 bedrooms decorated in a modern style, comfortable for a big group, located in the center of Patong with a few minutes' walk to the beach, Bangla Road, and all the shops and restaurants surrounding.

The space

The recent renovation of our 3-story townhome has transformed our living space into a stylish and functional abode. The first floor features a spacious living room with an open layout that provides ample room for both relaxation and entertainment. Additionally, the addition of a large dining table that can comfortably seat 10 people has made hosting gatherings and dinner parties a breeze.

The adjoining area for laundry, complete with a brand new washing machine and dryer, has added convenience and efficiency.

Moving up to the second floor, the two bedrooms with en suites and a bathtub have been completely revamped to offer a luxurious and comfortable retreat.

Finally, the third floor boasts two more bedrooms, one of which features a private balcony for a peaceful outdoor space. The other bedroom, with its two queen-size beds and shared bathroom, provides ample room for visitors or larger families.

Cleaning on request during the stay is 2000 baht per time (full service), with one complimentary cleaning provided for reservations made for a stay of over a week.
